Attempting to use the chop-sticks I bought to India from Singapore

In the middle of the afternoon I was taken to a remote field where palm trees grew. A man climbed the bare trunk of a (male) tree and bought down a pot of palm milk whick had been collected from a slow drip during the day. I was presented with a folded palm leaf from which I drank the palm milk... an alchoholic beverage popular with the locals in this part of India.
