Here you can find original recipes for cooking the most delicious Thai food. The dishes have been developed by Sak from recipes which have been enjoyed by his family for years.

Originally from the North East of Thailand, Sak now lives and works in Bangkok.

Though you may need to hunt around for the correct ingredients, if you persevere you won't be sorry. The ingredients are known by different names in different countries so each recipe comes with a print friendly version. I can imagine you now, walking around your local market with a colour print out of the recipe, pointing to the photograph of an ingredient so that the locals can see what you mean.
