This is level 7. For each inequality can you find the range of values for x which makes the statement true.

3x - 7 < 5x + 1 < 2x - 2

An inequality like this can be solved by splitting it into two parts:

3x - 7 < 5x + 1
-8 < 2x
x > -4
5x + 1 < 2x - 2
3x < -3
x < -1

So the complete answer is:

-4 < x < -1
