Wednesday

After breakfast we did our activities. In the last activity we played volleyball. We nearly put the whole camp playing for us. That night we had a banquet where we ate Mexican food. We all had to make a sketch up. We made a song up with the tune of the Barbie song. We dressed David Langmead up with a face drawn on his stomach with lipstick and a long hat over his head. It looked dead funny.

In a cantina canteen, just down our way, I met a nice boy, so sweet and gay. He bought me food like Irish stew, mangoes, tacos too. We had a drink, it did not stink, we poured the tequila down the sink.

Thursday

On Thursday Richard Tyler came out of the camp hospital. In my swimming lesson I became a swimmer because I was a beginner. In rifle and shotgun and archery we did our written tests. In the eighth period on Thursday we played some Americans to teach us how to play baseball and we were to teach them to play cricket. We only got to learn them how to play cricket. After playing cricket we watched some slides of something. When George Moglich had come to England that night, Richard Tyler got a uniform of one of the Scouts.
